SHS School Council Elections

School Councils provide an opportunity for local school decisions by representing the interests of the school community to the principal, who in turn conveys the information to Regional Superintendents, the Superintendent, and if necessary, the Board of Education. If you would like to nominate yourself or another parent that you feel will be a great fit for school council please contact the main office to give your name or the name of the person that you are nominating with a contact number for that person. You can also email Principal Jones at [email protected]. Nominations will begin on Friday, September 22nd and end on Monday, October 2nd. at 4:00pm. The election for the school council will take place on Tuesday, October 10th.
